Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and direction to department personnel, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Translate design specifications and code requirements into product designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Offer technical support to end users, collaborating with project management, quality assurance, and manufacturing personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Perform product performance testing and support the development of test procedures, ensuring the highest level of quality and reliability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) with 6-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and analysis of industrial rotating machinery.
  • US Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, MathCad, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet.
  • Thorough understanding of ASME Code Sections VIII and III, with knowledge of high-temperature design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
