Key Responsibilities- Design and implement personalized exercise programs for clients with various medical and orthopedic conditions
- Conduct fitness assessments and gait analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical and occupational therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Participate in community outreach initiatives and present at professional education conferences to promote the benefits of exercise and physical activity
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in exercise physiology and fitness testing
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of training experience with a diverse range of clients
- Certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) or the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) are required
