HR Generalist

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented HR Representative to join our team at Digital Room LLC in Wallingford, CT. As an HR Representative, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, creating job descriptions, and managing the onboarding process.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition – manpower planning, employer branding, candidate screening, interviews, background & drug screens, onboarding, and recruiting analytics.
• Assist with employee relations such as providing guidance to managers on people-related issues. Assist in investigations to resolve all employee grievances in accordance with company policy while ensuring legal compliance.
• Assist with planning and organizing training and development initiatives.
• Assist with employee benefits administration.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, and programs are communicated and administered consistently.
• Assist with implementing and coordinating HR processes (performance management, etc.)
• Ensure that the HRIS system and employee records are up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements

• Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred.
• 3 years of human resources experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• 2+ year experience with ADP workforce now
• 2+ year experience with high volume recruiting
• Strong computer skills, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS office, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ,multitask
