About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Magnolia Square Apartments in Naples, FL. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of our community and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance to apartments, common areas, and grounds
  • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
  • Remove trash and recyclables
  • Respond to emergency repairs and maintenance requests
  • Clean and maintain community spaces
  • Order maintenance equipment and supplies
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Communicate with residents and staff regarding maintenance requests and status
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and management
  • Hands-on experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Applicant must furnish own tools and have transportation to pick up replacement parts and supplies
  • HVAC certification and CPO certification preferred
  • CFC/EPA approved certification required
  • Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders and stairs, and walking on roofs
  • Must be familiar with and adhere to all OSHA guidelines
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interacting with prospects or residents
