Brinson Powersports of Corsicana is a leading powersports dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and top-notch vehicle repair services.
**Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft, to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations, to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems, including wiring and circuit issues, to get vehicles back on the road quickly.
- Install and repair accessories, such as exhaust systems, suspension components, and other aftermarket parts, to enhance vehicle performance and appearance.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience and building loyalty.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a powersports technician, with a strong background in vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of powersports vehicle systems and components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and repair complex problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Certification from a recognized powersports technician program, such as the Yamaha or Honda certification programs.
- Experience with a variety of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft.
- Experience with diagnostic and troubleshooting equipment, such as multimeters and scan tools.
