Role Overview
As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work, adhering to established standards while continuously seeking improvements to meet our clients' commitments effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow detailed work instructions to execute tasks with precision.
  • Operate with minimal supervision, adapting procedures and techniques to meet unique requirements.
  • Utilize your expertise to tackle complex tasks that demand advanced knowledge and experience.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments, including Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing, to resolve issues and enhance collaboration.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
  • Assist in training and orienting junior employees as needed.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, including LEAN events and process enhancement activities.
  • Perform advanced assembly functions, including mechanical assembly, wiring, and inspection, while interpreting technical documents and specifications.
  • Conduct thorough inspections at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a relevant field such as welding or tool making.
