Tailwind Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Host/Hostess to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests to the venue and manage waiting lists effectively
- Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress's name
- Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
- Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries
The ideal candidate should have previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress, with excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
Requirements- Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress
- Understanding of restaurant etiquette and health and safety regulations
- Demonstrable customer-service skills and ability to work in shifts as needed
- Familiarity with managing reservations and providing accurate information
