Position Overview & Requirements
  • Specialty: Oncology

Job Details:

  • Shift Details: Nights, 7 PM to 7 AM, 12x4 schedule, totaling 48 hours per week
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend or two weekends per month, subject to department needs
  • Holiday Requirement: Flexibility to work on holidays as required by the unit
Qualifications:
  • Current MS nursing license
  • Minimum of 1 year experience at the same facility post-RN licensure
  • Experience in a Level 1 trauma center or a larger facility with high acuity patients, proficient with lines, chest tubes, and hem/onc
  • BLS certification
  • NIHSS certification
  • Prior travel assignments with extensions and strong references are advantageous
  • Chemo administration experience is preferred

  • Bed Capacity: 32
  • Nurse to Patient Ratios: Typical ratios range from 1:5 to 1:6, adjusted for higher acuity patients

  • Dress Code: Solid color scrubs, professional appearance required
