- Accurately document all medications administered and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families, ensuring a positive and caring environment at all times.
- Work effectively within a team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not mandatory as training will be provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess basic computer skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English through speaking, reading, and writing.
- Demonstrate empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
