Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sheet Metal Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our facilities construction team, you will be responsible for providing overall direction for the field installation of assigned projects, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and contribute to operations meetings to ensure seamless project execution
  • Plan, coordinate, and layout projects, including materials take-off and ordering
  • Manage contracts, scope delineations, and construction drawings to ensure compliance
  • Respond to General Contractor requests and maintain a two-week look-ahead schedule
  • Ensure safety and quality control measures are implemented and effective
  • Manage to budget, plan to schedule, and meet project deadlines while prioritizing safety
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' craft supervision experience in similar facility construction
  • Advanced knowledge of job assembly in the field and effective communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of scope when necessary
  • Preferred: Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
  • Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles
  • Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments
  • Remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
  • Operating machinery and/or power tools
