About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Analyst to join our team at Bayview Asset Management. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement data protection strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential data security threats and develop mitigation plans.
  • Design and implement data classification and access control policies to ensure sensitive data is properly protected.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with data science and analytics teams to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging data protection trends and technologies to ensure our organization remains compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
  • Proven experience in data protection, privacy, or cybersecurity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • CIPT certification a plus.
What We Offer

As a Data Protection Analyst at Bayview Asset Management, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $115-135k, with opportunities for bonus compensation. This is a fully remote position with minimal to no travel required.
