Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, providing information, assistance, and direction to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Merchandising: Replenish product on shelves as required, maintain a visually appealing store environment, and ensure accurate pricing and signing.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Constantly stand and/or walk during shift, occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
