Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn HVAC piping principles and systems, as well as relevant codes and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Actively comply with the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, installation and operating manuals, and design drawings.
  • Ability to legibly write and fill out all documents.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme heat or cold conditions, risk of electrical shock, fumes, airborne particles, vibration, high or precarious locations, and loud noises.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, or smell.
  • Occasionally required to sit and taste or smell.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to at least 50 pounds.
