Key Responsibilities- Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, adhering to dealership, state, and factory standards.
- Address customer concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to achieve 'Fixed First Visit' expectations.
- Conduct the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection and provide video feedback on every vehicle.
- Master our Dealer Management System for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication, and time keeping.
- Complete required training as assigned and maintain a clean workspace and customer vehicles.

- Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred.
- ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record.
