Janitorial Specialist

ABM Industries is seeking a skilled Cleaner to join their team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned areas. Your duties will include cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors, dusting furniture and fixtures, emptying wastebaskets, and cleaning windows and restrooms. Responsibilities:

* Clean and maintain assigned areas to the highest standards
* Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
* Dust furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
* Empty wastebaskets and clean windows and restrooms to ensure a hygienic environment
* Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as required

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years of experience in cleaning and maintenance
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies
