We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Advisor to join our team at Ascensa Health.

Job Description

As a Residential Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive and safe environment for our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the well-being of residents by monitoring their whereabouts and overseeing daily activities.
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness within the living spaces, including overseeing chores and ensuring residents adhere to program rules and procedures.
  • Supervising individual needs, including phone calls, laundry, and meals, while promoting healthy habits and self-esteem.
  • Conducting house/room inspections and body checks to secure potentially hazardous materials, as well as conducting drug screens.
  • Notifying the House Supervisor of all medical concerns, incidents, and emergencies.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional social perceptiveness, service orientation, punctuality, and self-discipline. Additionally, you must have high accuracy and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information effectively.
