About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at RPM Living. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vacated apartments are safely and thoroughly restored to "make ready" status according to the manager's timetable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete assigned work orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure all work orders are responded to within hours
  • Repair and improve all units prior to residents' move-in dates
  • Maintain pool and basic pool care, including chemical readings and adjustments
  • Perform basic carpentry tasks and operate various maintenance equipment
  • Maintain grounds by removing debris and trash
  • Report supply needs to the Service Manager and Property Manager
  • Ability to be on call for after-hours emergencies
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year general maintenance or property management experience
  • Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience
  • CPO Certification preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
Work Environment

This role is based on-site and requires spending time outside with exposure to the elements. May require working in confined spaces, heights, and potentially hazardous areas.
