The Olympic Tavern is a renowned restaurant and bar in Rockford's historic North End district. We are currently searching for a seasoned Senior Chef & Operations Manager to join our team and lead our kitchen crew to success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily food operations, supervising staff, and implementing initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management and ordering to minimize waste and reduce costs
- Collaborate with the owner and FOH manager to develop marketing strategies and promotions
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to achieve optimal performance
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, and opportunities for career advancement.
