About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ICAM Engineer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As an ICAM Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, deployment, and support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems for our government clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the identity lifecycle and articulate access requirements to define enterprise identity records.
  • Design, deploy, and support systems that verify appropriate user privileges and manage credentials for accessing sensitive assets.
  • Implement enterprise-class solutions for single sign-on, privileged access systems, and identity governance.
  • Collaborate with clients to integrate ICAM initiatives and solutions into their agency enterprise.
  • Develop executive-level briefings, whitepapers, and recommendations for clients on technical services and future initiatives.
  • Provide trusted advisory services to clients on ICAM solutions and federal policies.
Requirements
  • Experience with commercial Identity and Access Management platforms such as Ping Identity, SailPoint Lifecycle Manager, or CyberArk.
  • Experience with enterprise directory services, including LDAP, web application servers, Active Directory, and Identity Stores.
  • Experience implementing or maintaining Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
  • Knowledge of Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), and the Federal policy landscape and guidance.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Entrust PKI Certificate Authority (CA) and Entrust products and services.
  • Experience implementing Smart Card Login.
  • Experience developing and deploying PKI solutions and x.509 certificates.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and Amazon Web Services.
  • Knowledge of credential service providers for citizen service-facing applications.
