Attorney at Law

We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our real estate practice group at Wisniewski & Associates, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs and review relevant information.
• Confer with managing members and associate attorneys to develop effective strategies for client representation.
• Research and analyze laws, statutes, and regulations related to real estate transactions and tax appeals.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve client goals, including preparing contracts, documents, and memoranda.
• Communicate with clients to explain legal options and potential outcomes, and obtain their approval for a course of action.
• Manage client files, including monitoring schedules, expediting requirements, and obtaining and forwarding information.
• Represent clients in meetings, hearings, and conference calls, and appear on their behalf in court as needed.

Requirements:

• JD degree from a U.S. accredited law school and admission to the New Jersey bar.
• 1-2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in real estate law.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and work independently.
