Extrusion Operator

We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join our team at our Liberty, NC plant. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our extrusion equipment to produce high-quality compounds for our customers.

• Operate and maintain extrusion equipment to produce compounds according to specifications
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
• Monitor and control the production process to ensure quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing/production strongly preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot
• Tow motor/forklift experience
• Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated
• Solid math and analytic skills
