Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough and gentle dental cleanings to patients of all ages
  • Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
  • Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis
  • Clean and protect patients' teeth, remove plaque, or apply fluoride or sealants
  • Educate patients on proper teeth care techniques
  • Give instructions to patients after operations or other dental procedures
  • Take X-rays or dental impressions
  • Assist dentists with selecting appropriate treatments for various diseases
  • Maintain accurate documentation and charts on each patient
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Tennessee
  • 1 year of experience in the dental industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and clinical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
