About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ICP Group in Seaford. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of equipment issues, including pumps, motors, conveyors, and control systems.
  • Install and repair plant equipment, including pumps, motors, and pneumatic components.
  • Perform electrical tasks, such as wiring motors and control panels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop, adhering to all safety requirements.
  • Ensure all documentation for LOTO, Confined Space, and Hot Work is completed before performing any work.
  • Communicate effectively with production staff and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Highly experienced background in installing and repairing air pumps, PD Pumps, pneumatic valves, and gearboxes.
  • Ability to install and wire 100 hp electric motors, limit switches, photoelectric sensors, and VFDs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work at heights in excess of 40 feet.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer skills and experience with preventative maintenance programs.
  • Welding certifications and strong pipe fitting and electrical skills.
  • Experience working with asphalt-related products or equipment.
  • Advanced education or training in engineering, mechanics, or technical fields.
