You will also oversee the clinical staff, including licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants, and ensure that they receive the necessary training and support to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality care.
  • Oversee the clinical staff, including licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants.
  • Ensure that clinical staff receives necessary training and support to deliver exceptional care.
  • Analyze occurrence trends and develop/implement improvement plans.
  • Partner with pharmacy consultant to provide optimal pharmaceutical services to residents.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • One (1) year in a nursing leadership role; Senior Living experience preferred.
  • BSL Certification.
