Staff Registered Nurse RN Neuro ICU

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Neuro ICU team at Baylor Scott & White Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Prioritize patient and family needs, creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes healing and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and advance the field of nursing.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and colleagues, empowering them with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed healthcare decisions.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current and valid nursing license.
- At least one year of ICU RN experience, with a strong background in neurology and neurosurgery.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
