Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Junior Software Test Engineer/Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans and procedures to verify system and software products operate as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements. Provide technical expertise in testing and product knowledge to support testing efforts.

Configure and utilize various hardware and software tools to support testing activities. Develop and maintain documentation of testing results and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Travel as required to support customer needs and participate in testing activities. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Education and Experience
  • BS in related field or ABET accredited BS in an Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 1 year related experience including experience with software/system testing activities
  • Experience regression testing and performance testing
  • Knowledge of military and software development industry standards, software test methodologies, software requirement generation, and maintenance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
