Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor Trainee to join our team at CVS Health. As a Shift Supervisor Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist store management in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Supervise and train store crew members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Effectively communicate with store management and crew members to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Assist with customer relations issues and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
Requirements
  • Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to work effectively with store management and crew members.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
