As a Contracts Manager - Critical Systems Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development, planning, and execution of contracts for our Precision Guided Systems (PGS) programs and Navy Nuclear Propulsion program.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing contracts from inception to close-out, ensuring timely execution and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to establish strong working relationships with internal and external customers, including the US Government, Prime Contractors, and International customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, planning, and execution of contracts for PGS programs and Navy Nuclear Propulsion program
• Manage contracts from inception to close-out, ensuring timely execution and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
• Negotiate and administer contracts, ensuring agreements are consistent with negotiations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract actions are anticipated and timely in execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
• Ability to obtain a Secret Level security clearance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
