About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Penn National Gaming. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to established menu plans and recipes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read food orders from computer printouts and prepare food items according to established menu plans.
  • Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menu to ensure consistency of products to our guests.
  • Wash, slice, peel, and/or cut various foods to prepare for cooking or serving.
  • Observe and test foods to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
