Compensation:
Hourly pay ranges from $25.00 to $27.00, with additional shift differentials of $3.00 to $4.00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient health and provide essential care in alignment with the nursing process, adhering to the LPN/LVN scope of practice.
- Exemplify customer service standards and prioritize patient safety in all interactions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address the diverse needs of patients, ensuring their physical, psychological, and cultural requirements are met.
- Implement individualized nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan, promoting patient comfort and wellness.
- Engage in therapeutic communication with patients, addressing their concerns and reporting any changes in their condition to registered nurses and physicians.
- Ensure safe medication administration in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional nursing standards and accurate documentation of patient progress and responses.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
- Preferred: One or more years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification are required (training will be provided upon hire).
