Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including setting up and stocking supplies
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to ensure seamless service
  • Process all payment methods and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Count bank at end of shift and complete designated cashier reports
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight
