Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Floor Associate for our retail operations. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele, including retail customers, donors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an attractive and inviting shopping environment by ensuring store areas are well-organized, visually appealing, and clutter-free.
  • Perform specific tasks to uphold cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including retail spaces, donation areas, dressing rooms, and restrooms.
  • Assist with various duties such as price checks, collection of shopping carts, and other responsibilities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in monthly safety meetings and emergency drills.
  • Receive and process donated items, organizing materials for in-store use and preparing items for warehouse shipment.

Compensation: The starting wage for this position ranges from $8.73 to $9.68/hour, based on experience.

Schedule: Flexibility is essential, as the schedule may include a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.
