Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled FBA Assembler to join our team at Regal Rexnord Corp. As an FBA Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and adjusting various types and styles of Guardian Couplings products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and adjust products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Test completed parts and inspect them for quality and defects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Review work orders and follow all blueprint instructions for assembly.
- Visually check all parts for defects and notify supervision of any anomalies.
- Pack finished assemblies for storage or shipment.
- Sign off on completed work orders and record scrap counts.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in assembly preferred.
- Able to accurately read and comprehend material such as blueprints and work instructions.
- Knowledge of and ability to use air tools, power tools, and hand tools.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to perform tasks that require a sequence of steps.
- Able to effectively communicate and work in a team environment.
- Detail oriented with time management skills.
- Ability to document and record basic information.
Physical Requirements
- A 46+ hour work week (Monday through Friday).
- Overtime may be required as needed to meet production demands.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and stretching.
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 35 pounds at a time, including up to 50 pounds with assistance.
