Job Summary

Riverbrook Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our patients. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and comfort to customers, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor and report any changes in customer condition or behavior
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a State-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program
  • Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred
  • Ability to work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing
