- Can we enhance model accuracy by integrating supervised multitask training with unsupervised techniques?
- Is it feasible to apply our customer insights across various languages and regions?
- Can focusing on compilers and specialized hardware expedite model training while minimizing costs?

Key Responsibilities:
- Train extensive deep learning models comprising hundreds of billions of parameters.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing machine learning models for business applications.
- PhD or Master's degree with at least 10 years of applied research experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning frameworks.
- Familiarity with modeling tools including R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, TensorFlow, numpy, and scipy.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems like Hadoop and Spark.
- Background in professional software development.
- Publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
- Experience in developing large language models, particularly in Search and Ads systems.
