Position Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our expanding team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is pivotal in promoting our mission of equitable cancer prevention and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development:
Assist in the creation, execution, and evaluation of comprehensive marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in reaching target audiences.
Lead Generation:
Design and manage landing pages and forms in HubSpot to effectively distribute content and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Public Relations:
Work closely with the PR team to maximize the impact of our public relations efforts and enhance brand visibility.
CRM Management:
Manage our marketing CRM, ensuring data accuracy and efficient operations to support marketing and sales initiatives.
Content Management:
Create and schedule social media content, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and brand voice.
Event Coordination:
Oversee the event calendar and assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for conferences and in-person events.
Video Content Management:
Organize and optimize our video library of customer testimonials for effective distribution across marketing channels.
Product Marketing:
Develop sales enablement materials to support the sales cycle and align with marketing strategies.
Essential Skills
CRM Proficiency:
Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is essential for managing lists, forms, and workflows.
Social Media Expertise:
Strong background in managing social media content for a B2B audience, including content creation and performance monitoring.
Video Editing Skills:
Proficiency in video editing to effectively manage and market customer testimonial videos.
Presentation Skills:
Ability to create compelling presentations that align with our brand style.
Design Skills:
Competence in design tools like Canva or Photoshop for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
