As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products into and out of our facility. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cooperatively with other associates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
• Load and unload trailers, railcars, and transports to designated areas.
• Conduct daily maintenance inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Use handheld scanners and equipment to ensure warehouse management system compliance.
• Work collaboratively with other warehouse associates to achieve team goals.
• Participate in maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly facility environment.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
• Willingness to work overtime and adjust schedules as needed.
