Action Behavior Centers is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Leader for Autism Care.

About the Role:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for providing case management for a caseload of 8 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) children on the autism spectrum. You will collect data, create individualized treatment plans, and oversee discharge and transition planning for each child under your care. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for working with children with ASD and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management for a caseload of 8 FTE children on the autism spectrum
  • Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Oversee discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload
  • Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and professional growth within the organization
