Dishroom Professional

The Columbia Room Inc Master seeks a highly motivated Dishroom Professional to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards for all equipment, utensils, and facilities.

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation: $18.50 per hour. Benefits include gas, food, and hotel discounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dishroom and throughout the kitchen
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and manual cleaning methods to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are sanitized and stored properly
• Ensure the dishroom remains a clean, safe, and sanitary facility at all times
• Assist with general kitchen duties as needed, including cleaning and sanitizing high-touch areas and equipment

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Experience working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment
• Ability to read and comprehend labels on chemicals
