Position Summary:
This role involves comprehensive oversight of the financial operations, including general ledger management and payroll systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CFO to ensure the smooth functioning of daily financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts, and payroll for a sizable workforce.
- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Generate timely financial reports and board documentation.
- Establish and uphold accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with external CPA firms for annual reviews.
- Ensure compliance with business license renewals and tax filings.

Qualifications:
