Aseptic Operations Supervisor Job Description

Job Summary:

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking an experienced Aseptic Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our aseptic production lines, supervising a team of production staff, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Monitor and control production schedules and activities to ensure meeting of departmental performance objectives and budgets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety in the production area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies, cGMPs, and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain training programs for production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies and materials as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven track record of improving productivity, quality, and safety in a production setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
