Position Overview:

• Provide customers with individualized service and a welcoming demeanor
• Inform customers about our premium coffee and tea selections
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by store management
• Represent the company in a professional manner

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Positive attitude and capacity to work efficiently

Education & Experience:

• Entry-level role
• Previous experience with cash handling is advantageous

• Minimum age of 14 years at the start date
• Ability to provide proof of age
• Physical capability to manage food, beverages, and perform various tasks

Physical Demands:

• Manual dexterity and ability to lift/move items
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Ability to work in cooler environments
