Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units of moderate to high patient acuity.
  • Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
  • Model proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
  • Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.

Requirements:
  • CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
  • 1-year experience.
  • BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
