Rehabilitation Therapist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at NorthPark Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of comprehensive rehabilitation services that promote optimal patient outcomes and enhance quality of life.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled occupational therapy services as ordered by physicians.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and participate in case management activities.
Key Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Graduation from an accredited school of occupational therapy.
  • Licenses/Certification: Current state license as an Occupational Therapist and current CPR certification.
  • Experience: Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
