Fitness Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative. As a key member of our club team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience, ensuring our club is a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the club is clean and well-maintained, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Engage with members, encouraging them to achieve their fitness goals and providing support and guidance as needed.
• Assist with member enrollment, tours, and other club responsibilities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our club goals and objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
