Catholic Housekeeping Specialist

The Catholic Diocese of Lansing seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team at the St. Francis Retreat Center in DeWitt, Michigan. As a Hospitality Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our facilities.

• We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills to perform various housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and preparing assigned areas, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, and washing windows and walls.
• This position requires teamwork and flexibility, as you will be working closely with other staff members to ensure that all areas of the Retreat Center are clean and ready for our guests.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior housekeeping experience is preferred.
• You must be able to lift and carry light to heavy loads up to 50 pounds, and be physically active for prolonged periods of time.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays are a regular part of this schedule, and you must be dependable and punctual.

Salary Information:

$35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
