Job Description: Support Specialist - Customer Experience

At Third Party CS, we are looking for a Support Specialist - Customer Experience to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems\
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries\
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes\
  • Able to up-sell if needed\
  • Able to schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs\
  • Meet or exceed personal and team target goals\

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field\
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and other communication platforms\
  • Basic computer skills and experience\
  • Able to multitask\
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills\
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns\
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution\

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, as well as excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth.
