Vintage Realty Company is actively seeking a skilled maintenance technician for our multi-family properties.


The Maintenance Technician role is essential for ensuring the community's physical condition is upheld at all times. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience, which may include plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and carpentry. Availability for weekends and participation in a rotating on-call schedule is a requirement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vacant units for new residents
  • Complete assigned work orders for repairs and enhancements
  • Conduct appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical tasks, HVAC maintenance, carpentry, and sheetrock repairs
  • Inspect properties and vacant units
  • Utilize basic hand tools and power tools effectively
  • Help maintain organization and security of parts and storage areas
  • Perform preventative maintenance as necessary
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in apartment or multi-family settings
  • A minimum of 2 years in maintenance-specific roles
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
