Job Title: Travel Echo Technologist

Focus Staff is seeking a skilled Travel Echo Technologist to join our team. As a Travel Echo Technologist, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic ultrasound examinations and providing high-quality patient care.

Job Description:
  • Conduct multi-specialty diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to departmental procedures.
  • Work under the direction of experienced staff sonographers and medical directors.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a positive and professional environment.
Requirements:
  • Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiologic/Ultrasound Technology program.
  • Requires national certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or equivalent.
  • Advance certification by accrediting body in specialty, RVT/RCS/RDCS or equivalent for Cardiac/Vascular, required within 18 months of hire.
  • BLS certification required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an active treatment unit in a psychiatric or mental health hospital or outpatient clinic.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to departmental procedures.
  • Work under the guidance of experienced staff sonographers within the regional ultrasound program.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a positive and professional environment.
