  • Document Patient Progress: Accurately document patient progress, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, to ensure continuity of care.
  • Communicate with Patients and Healthcare Team: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay Current with Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy to provide the highest level of care.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • License: Current Physical Therapy license in the state of operation.
  • Experience: Proven experience in physical therapy, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive outcomes.
